—Just another day outside, skating, right? Nope. It is an awesome sun-filled wonderful day skating! Never you mind the hills and the miles, staying outside is absolutely gorgeous and definitely worth every minute spent doing it. This Saturday Eric, our fearless leader, decided to take is to see some fall spectacularity in Philly general area. It’s pretty amazing how far you can venture if you’ve got an afternoon to spare and a pair of skates on [and a camera to share it with y’all].
The Philadelphia Museum of Art—our usual starting point.
Fall is definitely here.
And the clean streets are absolutely gorgeous.
I’ll be taking some shots with a focus on the buildings around us. Enjoy seeing Philly’s history, right in front of you.
And the North Philly in all of its glory.
Skating through cemeteries is somehow peaceful, as opposed to how I thought it’d feel—morbid.
The break repair job looks very very inappropriate from certain angles… Just use your imagination on this one.
Oh, but where were *you* this Saturday afternoon?
Kids playing soccer. Nice!
Nah, I’d rather be skating!
This is Philly, people! No need to go far for a beautiful sight :)
Beautiful churches here, too
Look at all those poor suckers, stuck in their comfortable air-conditioned motorized leather chairs…!!!
While they could be right here with us…
Yep. Fall is definitely finally here.
Cheers and I hope you got to enjoy some of this weather, too.
