this is so funny! i need to learn to do this. there were so many cases where i could sue my previous companies. why didn’t i?

anyway, i find this excessively funny! whatever the case, i think lawsuits are the new thing to do………..

Sex addict part-time lawyer sues IBM for $5 million

Blames Vietnam war for unhealthy Web fixation

AN IBM WORKER who served in Iraq as an army lawyer is suing IBM for $5 million for wrongful dismissal.

James Pacenza, who was fired for visiting an ‘adult’ chat room while at work at the East Fishkill chip plant, claims the trauma of serving in Vietnam turned him into a sex addict, and, even worse, an Internet addict. The chatroom he visited and forgot to leave before a colleague rumbled him was deemed to be inappropriate for the workplace.

Pacenza says he deserves treatment, therapy and a very large amount of money rather than dismissal, having been turned into a sex addict by seeing his best friend killed in Vietnam back in 1969.

In his lawsuit, he claims that the development of the Internet warped his perfectly normal sexual addiction and turned him into a crazed chatroom junkie. He also claims that a couple of co-workers caught en flagrante on a desk were merely cautioned and relocated. Into the stationery cupboard, presumably.
